G SERIES HARD SURFACE REDUCER FEATURES

Fully enclosed design for lifetime maintenance free. Gears and output shaft materials are mostly made of 20CrMnTi material. The carburizing heat treatment process has a surface hardness of 58-62 degrees, which makes the gears more wear-resistant and tougher during operation. The factory adopts imported gear processing equipment, which makes the reducer have low noise during operation, low vibration and small gap output. The special grease of the reducer is used to make the reducer run smoothly and greatly extend the service life of the gear. The oil seal has a special design and sealing performance, and can withstand the thermal expansion pressure in the gearbox. Full copper wire motor, the stator is made of 600 cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, sufficient power makes motor with long life span.
